During one of my recent photo adventures, I discovered a hidden gem: Fuego 360, a chicken rotisserie restaurant. Naturally, I had to check it out. I asked the staff for their most popular item, and they recommended the 1/4 Chicken Rotisserie Plate, which comes with two sides and a choice of bread. I opted for rice, spring mix greens, and pita bread.
